I’m participating in the annual member show, which runs through January 4. It’s an exuberantly eclectic show with one work each from members who include professional artists, students and talented amateurs. Commissions go to support Saratoga Arts, which is a vital community arts and cultural resource.
Pause Gallery has a wonderfully curated collection of artisanal crafts and small works. Their show “Small Art - A little something for everyone” runs through the holidays. There are 18 local and regional artists. Each piece is 9x9 and priced to be affordable. There will be a reception during Troy Night Out and also during the Troy Victorian Stroll.
Every year a paint a few small paintings for the Saratoga 10x10 Show. During the show these paintings sell for $100, with commissions going to benefit Saratoga Arts. Hurry in, because the prices revert after the show.

Joining six other talented local artists for the day at Arlene’s. I’ll be showing recent small oil paintings along with cards and prints. Stop by! The store is bursting with creative supplies and cool gifts.
Show will run from April 13 to May 12.
This show will feature works in all mediums and is open to all Academy member artists. I’ve submitted two paintings of summer flowers.
Albany Center Gallery's Annual Members' Show focuses on the importance of local and regional artists that live and create work within 100 miles of Albany. The Members' Show will be held from Friday, December 7, 2018 to Friday, January 19, 2019.
The Opening Reception will be held on Friday, December 7, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. in conjunction with the Fort Orange Holiday Market taking place in the Arcade Building hallway.
A great place to shop for holiday gifts for creative people, Arlene’s Art Materials now has a rotating schedule of shows at their R Gallery. I’m thrilled to share a mix of old and new paintings/local food and landscapes through the month of December.

The Saratoga Community Federal Credit Union has a small gallery space that’s managed by the wonderful organization, Saratoga Arts. About 12 paintings will be on display during business hours.
The Saratoga Arts Members Show is an ever-popular, year-end exhibition includes over 250 artists displaying artworks ranging from painting, drawing and printmaking to sculpture, ceramics, and photography, showcasing the many talents of our established and emerging member artists from the region and beyond.
